Here's what you can do...

When a few minutes before the New Year coming, you will, as usually, make mentally your wishes: "I want a house, a car, a lot of money, or health, your loved one or soul-mate, etc.", add to this long list another intention:

"I want to acquire the rock-solid habit – NEVER TO CREATE ANTI DESIRES".

Here is a little desire.

Even if you are specially do not believe it, anyway this intention locks in your subconscious mind and begin to gradually do its work. You need only to remember about it more often – so you'll fill with the power this very useful program.

Surely you've heard about it many times, but I want to give you a few helpful motivations from myself.

In fact, the ability NOT TO MAKE ANTI WISHES is a very powerful thing. Those who know how to do it for real, and not just – KNOW about it and does not use it, lives ten times easier, calmer and more pleasant.

Without exaggeration – only this one small habit of your mind will facilitate very quickly and improve the lives both of you and your family. Of course, if you use it regularly. A little later, I will do mini-training about this, as I will inform you in the mailing list.

I will explain in a few words – what's important and how it works.

I still could not get together and write about it. But yesterday I played with my two-year-pussycat-daughter and once again reminded of this harmful feature of our mind.

We fooled around with her, fought, chasing each other, were running, jumping, in general, had a good time as we wanted. And once again I caught myself on thinking that I am tensing and constantly thinking about where and how my baby can fall, with what she can hit herself, what flip over her, etc. I think the parents of young children understand me))

So – JUST think, scan the space around and analyze all possible options for you or your family not to get into trouble – is absolutely normal.

But as soon as this EXCEEDS a certain unnoticeable allowable level, it becomes a big problem for you and for your family. In other words, it can become.

As it happens with my daughter.

If I only imagine for a moment a LITTLE clearer and MORE strongly some kind of picture of possible trouble, immediately something like this is happening in a couple of seconds or minutes. She necessarily falls or about anything to hit, etc.

Of course, different variants are possible here – why this happens:

1st option – I can see what will be;
Option 2 – I do not see, but create (attract) the possible variants of the close future.

But to see and to create are completely two different processes and different abilities. About "see" we are not talking now. Now we are talking only about how to get rid of the mind habit to attract all sorts of fears and anxieties.

I know the mechanism of anti desires execution very well. For many years I teach the people to catch them, to erase and to break this mechanism in their selves. But sometimes, when it comes not even me but my family, if I lose my vigilance such a pictures also "shoot" in me, just like with my beginner students).

This thing is a very cunning and insidious and it is not always possible to control it, even understanding all these moments and having over the years developed anti-habits.

This way of thinking – to think about the future in negative – is present in most people. For them this is considered to be norm and they do not even notice how they think. And let alone they do not understand – why their fears come true.

Watch on yourselves, your family and friends – in most cases, when they talk about the future, they unknowingly experience: what if something goes wrong? What if suddenly something bad happens? etc…

So, basically, the fears and emotions climb to the first place, but not rock-solid assurance that "everything will be fine".

Remember, for example, as it usually happens to you: at first the picture of a possible trouble appears, then at once in the chest or solar plexus something starts to push. And then this negative emotion captures all your whole body, your pulse quickens and the barely noticeable heaviness appears in body.

That's for a minute or two you have formed a negative mental image and put into it a bunch of personal power in the form of fear energy. After that it often happens what you are so afraid of or do not want to come true or +/- something similar.

And it is so how your anti desire is realized in the Universe and Time which is under the strength and speed of implementation in ten times stronger than the most desirable and good wishes. Because the emotion of fear consists of a lot of our personal power.

That's why, this seems to be a very small capacity of mind – "to think the wrong way", is so dangerous for us. Because every time thinking about some kind of even the smallest future, we create black bad luck for ourselves.

How to deal it with simple methods:

1. TO REMEMBER!
If you suffer from this, in principle, you first need to learn to always remember how this mechanism works and what is its danger.

2. TO NOTICE!
We must learn to always keep tracking the moment of any anti wishes appearance. It is a matter of habit – here you just need to do it more often.

3. TO DISPLACE THE ATTENTION IN TIME!
As soon as you catch yourself on appearing thinking of negative thoughts and images, immediately say to yourself: STOP! QUIET!

It is necessary to immediately stop these thoughts, do not allow the emergence of negative images, the development of the story, the appearance of the corresponding emotions on this topic, and so on, and TO TRANSFER THE ATTENTION to something else – neutral.

So, you just need to fully and honestly switch from negative emotions to something else, so that to bring down the wave.

Here are three simple steps:

1. To remember.
2. To notice.
3. To displace the attention in time.


What will happen at your psycho-energetic level?

Acting under such scheme you will gradually learn, but in reality – JUST GET USED TO on the level of brain neural connections never and under any circumstances not to create in the body of thought the thought forms of anti desires, you will be able not to give them your personal power, pumped from the body of emotions and will not longer be throwing them into the Universe for implementation.
